Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join the Medical Economics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for Payment Integrity programs, including claims reviews and financial opportunity quantification
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance and identify risks
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and support executive presentations with insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of medical claims data, including coding systems like CPT, HCPCS, ICD 10, and DRG
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large healthcare datasets
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
