Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

Senior BI Analyst, a full-time position focused on delivering data-driven solutions through reporting, automation, and analytics, requiring proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python or R.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational leaders to translate business questions into reporting and analytics solutions
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, deliver ad hoc analytical extracts, and analyze operational data for actionable insights
• Automate reporting processes using SQL, Python, or R to create scalable workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, statistics, computer science, data science, analytics, or a related field
• 2-5 years' experience in an analytics role with a focus on building reports and automated workflows
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), Power BI (DAX/data modeling), and Python or R
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Sprints)
