Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing BI data analytics and financial reporting, the full-time Senior BI Analyst will develop user-centered dashboards, implement business performance solutions, and automate data processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions to monitor and improve business performance, collaborating with stakeholders and data teams
• Create actionable dashboards using BI tools like Tableau to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure data quality and transparency through documentation and regular audits of data sources and validation processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics and working with databases
• 5+ years of experience with large scale data systems and analytics
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving
