Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with product teams and business stakeholders, the full-time Senior BI Analyst will deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions in Power BI, focusing on gathering requirements, developing semantic models, and creating dashboards to support data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and product teams
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and related reporting solutions
• Serve as a liaison between business users, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and BI teams to ensure alignment throughout solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles
• Strong experience with enterprise data platforms and OLAP databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Experience developing Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSRS and SSAS preferred
