Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the Single Source of Truth for profitability performance, the full-time salaried Senior BI Analyst will work remotely with large-scale datasets across AWS and DataBricks, transforming data into actionable insights for business units and senior leadership while mentoring other analysts and ensuring data reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and write complex SQL queries to aggregate auction data and structure large-scale event data into a centralized data warehouse
• Build and maintain data models defining core business metrics, ensuring consistent and reliable data across Finance, Technology, and Business teams
• Lead the transition to Looker for reporting, developing LookML models and dashboards to track signal volume and customer activity trends

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering environments
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query large, complex datasets
• Experience in cloud data environments such as AWS and DataBricks
• Proficiency in building dashboards and data models in Looker (LookML) or leading a migration to Looker
• Strong understanding of financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, and gross margin
