Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance data solutions for various business areas, the full-time Senior BI Analyst will execute design and implementation of analytics projects, maintain Power BI models, and empower business users with self-service analytics resources in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical and process solutions to address specific business questions and enhance data-driven decision-making
• Maintain and enhance Power BI relational models to ensure accuracy and integrity of conservation and financial data
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to develop and document fit-for-purpose technical solutions while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5 years of experience in programming and systems design, or equivalent combination
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, M, DAX, or similar languages and data manipulation concepts
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience soliciting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for engineering partners
• Experience with enterprise self-service paradigms, including data literacy enablement and data governance principles
