Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (People & Culture).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data review and analysis in areas such as employee life cycle enhancements, recruitment, and retention
- Author reports and make recommendations based on predictive analytics and research findings
- Maintain business intelligence tools, databases, and systems, and provide technical support for reporting solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, or related field
- Ten years of relevant experience in statistical analysis in human resources or related field
- Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS
- Strong data visualization experience, Tableau experience preferred
- Experience with data management and SQL, preferred experience with Workday report writing and Workday Prism
