Senior BI Analyst (Workers' Comp)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI Analyst (Workers Comp).

Key Responsibilities

• Own Workers' Compensation business intelligence by integrating and modeling WC data in Snowflake and building actionable Power BI dashboards
• Support WC program reporting across policy lifecycle and operational throughput, ensuring metric accuracy and alignment
• Drive advanced analytics using data mining techniques to support predictive modeling and trend analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of BI and data analysis experience, with a focus on P&C Insurance and Workers' Compensation preferred
• Expert-level skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact business insights and experience in stakeholder collaboration
• Advanced degree preferred (Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field)
