Senior BI Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst focused on data reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management in developing and executing a BI and reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize business intelligence needs
• Design and manage dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable business insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role
• Experience with a P&C insurance company, particularly in Underwriting and Claims
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with R or Python preferred
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes
