Senior BI Developer

Job Summary

Leading the company's business intelligence initiatives, the full-time Senior BI Developer will develop, implement, and maintain BI reporting solutions, perform data analysis, and support user training in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and integrate data from multiple platforms to create standardized reporting for stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain alerts for recurring jobs, ensuring timely rectification of any failures
• Fulfill adhoc reporting requests and support the business team in BI self-service initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent SQL work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with deep knowledge of the Microsoft reporting stack (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)
• Proficiency in writing intermediate/advanced queries using DAX and T-SQL
• Experience with Snowflake and understanding of information delivery architecture
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and willingness to learn with a focus on report accuracy
