Senior BI Developer

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise reporting and data analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior BI Developer will design and maintain Tableau dashboards, develop automated data solutions using Python and SQL, and deliver actionable insights in a hybrid work environment at a client site in Reston, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to support business decision-making
• Develop automated data solutions using Python and SQL for enhanced reporting and data quality
• Perform system analysis, testing, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting development
• Advanced skills in Tableau, including dashboard design and performance tuning
• Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries against relational databases
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation workflows
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
