Senior BI Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior BI Developer, the full-time position will design, build, and own BI and reporting solutions for a multi-tenant Life Science Data Management Platform, primarily utilizing TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI, with a remote work option available.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire
- Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and report/dashboard development
- Mentor team members and establish BI standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of BI development experience with a focus on TIBCO Spotfire
- Experience with Power BI and adaptability to multiple BI platforms
- Strong data modeling skills, including star schema and performance tuning
- Familiarity with multi-tenant data architecture and Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Practical experience with GitHub in a team deployment workflow
