Senior BI Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI Manager to lead the Quality BI team and drive insights across the Quality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating clinical needs into a technical roadmap for analytics
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a supportive environment
• Oversee the BI roadmap and deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards and executive reports

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Deep expertise in healthcare quality measurement frameworks such as NQF, eCQMs, MA STARs, and HEDIS
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data stacks like Snowflake and Tableau
• Proven ability to lead an analytics team within an agile framework
