Senior Bilingual Loan Processor
Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Bilingual Loan Processor will manage loan documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate with clients and loan officers to facilitate the underwriting process.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough reviews of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with loan originators and clients to obtain necessary documentation and assist with loan processing tasks
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication with customers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential mortgage processing
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Experience with Encompass software preferred
