Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice creation, payment posting, and credit memo application
• Identify, research, and resolve billing issues while investigating payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing-related issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Accounts Receivables, preferably in a high-volume SaaS or subscription-based environment
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience in analyzing large datasets
• Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with various stakeholders
• Experience with SaaS pricing models and global billing operations is preferred
