Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for various customer segments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and resolve issues
• Analyze billing data to support pricing decisions and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of billing or revenue operations experience
• Experience managing complex billing processes across multiple customer types
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and billing/reporting system experience
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
