Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex account research, analyze variances, and prepare reports for assigned accounts
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and explain variances while mentoring junior team members
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure accurate and timely customer billing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret sales contracts and related legal documents
• Experience mentoring junior staff and working independently
• Proficient in Office applications and intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
