Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the full billing lifecycle, the remote Senior Billing Revenue Analyst will manage complex subscription scenarios, serve as the internal expert on Zuora, and drive AI adoption to enhance billing processes and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations for a global customer base, including complex subscription scenarios and billing discrepancies
• Act as a senior point of contact for customer billing inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience
• Support revenue accounting activities, including month-end close tasks and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition principles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing operations or revenue operations within a SaaS or subscription-based company
• Extensive hands-on experience with Zuora, including subscription management and invoicing
• Foundational knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with revenue accounting functions
• Proven ability to handle complex billing scenarios with sound judgment
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in finance or operations contexts
