Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end billing lifecycle, the part-time Senior Billing Analyst will manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections for US-based clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of accounts receivable and billing operations for US clients
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with contracts and subscription models
• Drive collections strategy and generate financial reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the accounting or finance domain
• Hands-on experience managing US clients and US billing standards
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of revenue recognition principles
