Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing the entire invoice process for federal government contracts, the full-time remote Senior Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst will manage billing and collections, prepare invoices, and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage company invoices for internal review and distribution
• Conduct detailed analysis of unbilled funds and monitor customer account activity
• Resolve invoice preparation issues and prepare year-end audit schedules for receivables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree or professional designation preferred
• Experience in federal government contracting
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint
• Billing and accounts receivable experience required
• Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
