Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary

To support a high-volume billing and revenue team, the hybrid Senior Billing Analyst will perform and review billing activities, ensure ledger accuracy, and apply accounting principles in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and review billing activities and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in a high-volume transaction environment
• Apply ASC 606 and US GAAP principles to revenue-related activities and identify discrepancies between billing and accounting records
• Serve as a technical resource for the billing team, providing guidance on accounting-related questions and supporting accurate revenue recognition

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of billing, accounting, revenue, or related experience
• Strong understanding of debits and credits with experience in account reconciliations
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and understanding of ASC 606 principles
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage significant transaction volume
