Senior Billing Clerk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Clerk/Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate claim submissions and active collections for outpatient commercial accounts
• Investigate and resolve claims discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues
• Monitor reimbursement trends and assist with complex billing inquiries from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 or more years' experience in Revenue Cycle operations
• Proficient in computer usage and software, including Microsoft 365 and Google products
