Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior PFS CBO Acute Billing Follow up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train Patient Financial Services Representatives, managing special projects and improving processes
• Process payments, claims, and adjustments accurately and timely, ensuring maximum reimbursement
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and short/over payments, making necessary appeals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Two or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry
• Knowledge of medical terminology and common insurance types
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
