Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Manager to lead their invoice-to-cash process and optimize SaaS billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high-performing billing operations team to foster a culture of excellence
• Oversee the billing, invoicing, and collections lifecycle for B2B SaaS subscriptions and usage-based products
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with financial standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or accounting
• 2-3 years of direct management experience with a focus on talent development
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, particularly in subscription and usage-based billing
• Proficiency with major Billing and CRM systems; experience with Ordway and Salesforce preferred
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy
