Senior Billing Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the administration of the billing platform, the full-time Senior Billing Operations Analyst will optimize and evolve billing processes, ensuring accuracy and automation while collaborating cross-functionally to support a growing B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the billing platform's configuration, optimization, and expansion, driving process standardization and data quality monitoring
• Serve as a liaison between finance, product, engineering, and GTM teams, advising on billing-related matters and managing vendor relationships
• Develop comprehensive operational documentation and ensure accurate billing data flows across connected systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with billing tools, CPQ platforms, or ERP systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
• Direct experience administering or configuring billing platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or Chargebee
• A minimum of 5 years in billing operations, deal desk, revenue operations, or strategic finance/finance ops
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and understand system integrations
• Project management expertise with the ability to scope complex projects and execute against work plans
