Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing deliverables, metrics, and KPIs
• Process various types of billing and manage the enterprise billing process
• Support customer inquiries regarding billing issues and account changes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or software-based billing-related support position
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred
• Experience with subscription-based billings is a plus
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude
