Senior Billing Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Billing Operations Associate to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary partner to Billing and Revenue Recognition leaders, guiding process development and addressing complex inquiries
• Act as a functional subject matter expert for core financial systems, translating billing requirements into technical specifications and leading User Acceptance Testing
• Own the documentation for all billing-related Standard Operating Procedures and drive change management for team training

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems Analysis focused on Finance or Order-to-Cash cycle
• Proven experience in managing high-volume transactional troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems, tax engines, and CRM platforms
• Ability to translate complex system issues into simple business language
• Experience in mapping, documenting, and optimizing operational workflows
