Job Summary

Providing advanced support for billing and client accounting functions, the full-time remote Senior Billing Operations Specialist will ensure accurate invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and mentor junior team members within the insurance brokerage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process invoices for complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with account managers and finance teams
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audits and compliance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or insurance operations with complex accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting or agency management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
