Senior Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing and Accounts Receivable Representative CV/CVX.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation and distribution of customer invoices and support customer inquiries
• Research, reconcile, audit, and resolve account discrepancies while entering daily cash receipts
• Assist in the setup of accounts for new clients and support month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience required; 4-5 years preferred
• 2 years experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry required
• Preferred Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
