Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment/Senior Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, bill, and collect payment on complex and unique outstanding claims
• Contribute towards billing and collections functions and Cigna's growth strategy
• Support larger and more complex accounts, research accounts receivable trends, and improve collections

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
• Accounts receivable background preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of computer programs and hardware used for setting up in a virtual environment
