Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist (Contractor) to support high volume SaaS billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly orders, generate invoices, and perform billing adjustments
• Resolve daily billing inquiries and manage customer billing communications
• Assist with revenue variance analysis and ensure compliance with billing procedures

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in NetSuite with hands-on experience in billing and revenue management
• Experience in SaaS billing within a high volume environment
• Availability on the 1st of every month, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition is preferred
• Experience with professional services percent complete revenue and usage-based billing is a plus
