Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist responsible for accurate and timely invoicing across VARs and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes end-to-end billing activities for VAR and retail subscription-based billing
• Ensures billing operations are completed in accordance with SLA requirements
• Communicates with third-party and internal program teams to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, or a degree/certification with 3 years' experience, or 7 years' experience in a related field
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure
