Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing & Accounts Specialist in Research Finance & Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track sponsor invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
• Investigate complex payment issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
• Generate and analyze financial reports to identify risks and trends for management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in research administration and financial reconciliation
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience with SAP and sponsor e-billing portals preferred
• A proactive and diplomatic self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
