Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Order-to-Cash team, the full-time Senior Billing Specialist will manage the accurate preparation of customer invoices, contract processing, and billing documentation for a global customer base, working in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process a full range of contracts and manage various deal types, including new business, renewals, and terminations
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles across all product lines, ensuring timely resolution of billing inquiries and issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and support cross-functional projects

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and global customers
• Proficiency in financial software and large ERP systems, with experience in Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-related company is a plus
