Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Billing Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage complex billing challenges, oversee Pre-Bill functions, investigate claim rejections, and ensure operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned Pre-Bill functions and tackle complex billing challenges within the Revenue Cycle Management team
- Investigate claim rejections and navigate evolving payer requirements to ensure accurate resolution of complex claims
- Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams while monitoring automated workflows for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Medical Billing experience
- Proven ability to improve and optimize processes using tools such as Salesforce, payer portals, and Google Suite/Microsoft Office
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle and front-end revenue integrity
- Critical thinking skills for evaluating complex cases and making informed decisions
