Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of billing processes, the full-time Senior Billing Specialist will manage revenue collection and reconciliation, lead the implementation of a new accounting system, and automate billing operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own billing, collections, and reconciliation end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for service teams regarding billing inquiries
• Lead the implementation of a new billing module from scoping through to go-live
• Build automation to streamline billing processes and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation or migration
• Track record of developing automated processes from manual or spreadsheet-heavy foundations
• Ability to map and redesign revenue calculation, billing, and reconciliation processes
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with finance and service teams
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and managing ambiguity
