Senior Billing Success Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Billing Success Manager will manage customer onboarding, provide billing expertise, and assist in implementing best practices for clients in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard teams and train RCM staff on billing best practices for a smooth transition onto the platform
• Assist sales as a product specialist during the sales cycle for mid-market prospects and provide guidance on billing practices
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders and support client accounting teams in utilizing the Prompt reporting suite

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; substantial experience may substitute for formal education
• 3+ years of experience in the medical billing industry, with 2-3 years in outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Experience working with mid-market RCM companies with 50 or more therapists, preferably in a success or RCM leadership role
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong technical skills and a passion for learning software
