Senior BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BIM Manager, Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models for MEP systems and data center components
• Maintain BIM/CAD data formats, templates, and best practices for project standards
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers for coordination and clash detection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting, with 3 years in BIM management
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Data Center experience preferred
• Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards
