Senior BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling function and ensure alignment across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BIM team, establishing strategic direction for standards and workflows
• Oversee enterprise BIM specifications and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements
• Drive process improvements and manage the BIM operating budget, including software strategy and procurement planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of BIM experience in large-scale design or construction environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Advanced expertise in Revit and enterprise BIM standards development
• Experience managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships
