Senior BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BIM Manager for Data Centers, working remotely in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to project BIM Managers for U.S. Data Center Projects
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for ACS and MEP systems
• Act as a point of escalation for BIM issues and ensure adherence to client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting, including 3 years in BIM management
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Data Center experience preferred
• Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
