Senior BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. BIM Specialist/Designer to support the Design-Build Division by leading model setup and implementation of BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead model setup and provide BIM support to design staff
• Coordinate technology associated with BIM tools like Revit and Navisworks
• Develop and implement training curriculum for design and CAD Technicians

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Technical Degree/Associates in CAD Technology preferred
• 10+ years of BIM/VDC experience with Revit or equivalent
• Experience in the construction industry is required
• Preferred experience in Mechanical or Electrical Design
• General understanding of P&ID, Systems Drawings, and generation of Spool or Isometric drawings
