Senior BIM Specialist

Job Summary

Leading BIM efforts for complex infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior BIM Specialist will develop and maintain detailed BIM models for water and wastewater treatment facilities while collaborating with project teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure
• Lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for project delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate model coordination across multiple disciplines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM modeling experience focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit; experience with Civil 3D and Navisworks is a plus
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting BIM standards and digital delivery strategies
• Strong understanding of utility systems, piping, and site infrastructure
• Ability to manage complex models and datasets across multidisciplinary teams
