Senior BIM/VDC Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading model-based coordination and digital delivery across complex AEC projects, the full-time Senior BIM/VDC Project Manager will manage BIM/VDC execution, support client relationships, and drive firm growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals, leading execution from pursuit through closeout
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities for new work and supporting proposal development
• Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards and workflows, driving innovation and training project teams on digital delivery expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery; 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and similar platforms
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards
• Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations
