Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Bioinformatics Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analysis of real-world observational or clinico-genomic data
• Review and contribute to the development of study protocols and statistical analytical plans
• Collaborate on multi-functional projects and communicate study findings through presentations and publications

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, data science, or relevant fields with 1-3 years of experience, or a master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Experience in developing analysis plans and conducting studies using large real-world observational data
• Experience running bioinformatics pipelines and familiarity with bioinformatics methods and tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, and Shell
• Familiarity with clinico-genomic databases and large healthcare databases is required
