Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyze experiments to support oncology assays in collaboration with various teams
Perform validation and verification for clinical genomic products
Provide technical guidance to internal and external collaborators

Required Qualifications

PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, math, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience
Proficiency in Linux for bioinformatics software development and data processing
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Experience in oncology products and NGS assay teams is advantageous
