Senior Biospecimen Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving biospecimen lifecycle management, the full-time Senior Biospecimen Project Manager will serve as the centralized point of contact for managing specimens from receipt to analysis while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the biospecimen lifecycle from sample receipt to final disposition and analysis
• Ensure accurate specimen metadata and communicate updates to client groups and stakeholders
• Manage data transfer plans and resolve discrepancies in specimen metadata

Required qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in life sciences, medical technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in clinical development or biospecimen management
• Understanding of ICH, GCP, GLP, and local regulations
• Experience with transaction-based inventory and data management systems
• Project management experience is preferred
