Senior Biostatistician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Biostatistician to support real-world data projects through study design, analysis, and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on statistical analysis plans and validate data definitions for EHR and claims-based studies
• Conduct complex statistical analyses and ensure quality of results through model checking and data transformation
• Generate insights from statistical findings and present results to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of applied statistical experience with EHR and/or claims data
• Strong programming skills in R and SQL; experience with Python, PySpark, or Databricks is a plus
• Expertise in advanced statistical methods such as propensity score matching and survival analysis
• Understanding of biases in real-world data
