Senior Biostatistician
Job Summary
To support the well-being of SOF warriors and their families, the full-time Senior Biostatistician will apply advanced analytical expertise to evaluate and predict program outcomes, analyze data for USSOCOM leadership, and support health and behavioral research initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytical methods to derive actionable insights from operational data
- Serve as a key analyst, designing and adapting mathematical and statistical models for human performance programs
- Conduct complex human performance and behavioral science research analysis, providing technical guidance and support for projects
Required qualifications
- PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a related field
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for scientific inquiry and human performance optimization
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present findings effectively to senior management
- Experience leading research teams and executing projects within financial and time constraints
