Key Responsibilities

• Implementing statistical strategies for clinical development programs in Immunology
• Managing a team of 20+ statisticians and ensuring consistency in methodologies
• Overseeing the development of statistical analysis plans and supporting regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Statistics or Biostatistics
• 15-20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and clinical development
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical studies
