Senior Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Biostatistics (RWD/RWE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead statistical analyses for RWD and RWE studies
• Oversee and validate statistical programming deliverables for accuracy and compliance
• Analyze large datasets and collaborate with programming staff to ensure quality data collection

Required Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SAS, and SQL in a big data environment
• Advanced knowledge of RWD, HEOR, and epidemiologic methodology
• Demonstrated interest in statistical research and application of novel methods
• Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional team members
